You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in your selected plan.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
   
• Payment information is securely handled by Stripe and not stored on our systems.
   
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
   
• You authorize Cochise Connect to charge your provided payment method for recurring fees, unless canceled in accordance with Section 6.

• Interfere with network operations or access by others
   
• Send spam, malware, or engage in any abusive or harmful conduct

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
