Fulfillment Policy

At Cochise Connect, we strive to deliver reliable internet service to our customers in a timely and transparent manner.

Service Plans

Cochise Connect currently offers the following residential internet service plans:

• 25 Mbps – $50/month
   
• 50 Mbps – $80/month
   
• 100 Mbps – $110/month
   

Higher-speed plans at competitive prices are coming soon! Stay tuned for updates as we expand our offerings to meet growing bandwidth needs.

Service Delivery Timeframes

• New Customers: Service activation for new customers will begin within 14 days (2 weeks) of a completed order and payment.
   
• Existing Customers (e.g., plan upgrades or service reactivations): Changes or activations for existing accounts typically begin within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.
   

Accepted Payment Methods

Cochise Connect currently accepts payments in U.S. Dollars (USD) only. No other currencies or alternative payment types are accepted at this time.

Secure Payments
We take your payment security seriously. Our site uses HTTPS encryption and complies with PCI DSS standards through our integration with Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is handled securely using industry best practices to prevent fraud and unauthorized access.

Prepaid Services

All internet services provided by Cochise Connect are prepaid. Customers are billed in advance for their selected service period (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually).

Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel their service at any time; however, no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of prepaid service. Cancellation will result in immediate termination of service, and the remaining balance of the prepaid period will be forfeited.

Legal and Export Restrictions

Cochise Connect provides internet services solely within the United States and does not offer service outside of this geographic area. Our services are subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including restrictions related to the export of telecommunications technology.

Service is intended for use at a single service address only. Any attempt to use, relocate, or extend the service to another location—without express written permission from Cochise Connect—is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of service.

Customers also agree not to resell, redistribute, or use the service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. We do not permit the use of our network for any activities that may violate U.S. sanctions, export control laws, or involve embargoed countries or restricted individuals/entities as designated by the U.S. government.

If service is found to be used in violation of these restrictions, it may be suspended or terminated without notice.
